Registration, Cancellation and Refund Policy


Registration

Class space is limited and on a first come/first served basis. A deposit (as listed on individual class page) is required to reserve your space in class.

The balance of the class fee will be charged in full 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the first day of class.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your registration represents a commitment and we rely on your attendance when we make arrangements and preparations for the class. Should you have to cancel your attendance the following terms will apply:

ˇ Cancellations 31 days or more prior to the commencement of class are subject to an administrative fee of $50. The balance of your deposit will be refunded.

ˇ Cancellations occurring 15-30 days prior to the commencement of class are subject to an administrative fee of $100. The balance of your deposit will be refunded

ˇ Cancellations cannot be accepted within 14 days of the commencement of class. Please see our Rollover and Replacement policy for alternative options. 

ˇ Failure to attend class without proper notification will result in a forfeiture of all class fees.

Rollover and Replacement Policy

Should you be required to cancel your attendance at any time from 15 days and above prior to the commencement of class, you may choose to rollover your deposit/attendance to a future class to be held within a 12-month period. If you do not attend another class within 12 months your initial deposit will be forfeited.  Transfers into another class can be done only once and will make you ineligible for a refund.

Should you find that you are unable to attend a class within 14 days prior to the commencement of class you have the following options:

ˇ You can rollover your attendance to another class to be held within a 12 month period. This will result in an administrative fee of $150.

ˇ You may find a replacement student to attend in your place at any time. If so, we will refund your total payment to date less a $150 administrative fee.

ˇ IF there is a waiting list and WE are able to fill your space in class within 14 days prior we will provide this service and refund your payment less a $150 administrative fee.

Cancelled Classes

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. On the off chance that a class must be cancelled you will be notified at least 15 days prior to the start of class and receive a full refund.
