Modello by Design, Inspiring Images from Artist's Portfolios, Vol II
Following up on the success of the book Modello by Design, Inspiring images from Artist’s Portfolios, Volume 1, Modello Designs announces the next edition of this inspiring series.
Modello by Design, Vol. 1 has been out since June 2008 and has received rave reviews. It features the work of 80 different artisans, all who have incorporated Modello Designs into their decorative painting projects. This book has become an invaluable resource tool for decorative pattern inspiration and for making effective presentations to prospective clients. Putting the patterns "into context" in interior spaces really helps people to visualize how the designs and techniques can translate to their own environment.
Modello Designs plans to publish the next edition in early 2010 and is now seeking suitable entries for submission. Here is your opportunity to have YOUR work published in a high quality book that will be seen by fellow artists, designers and potential customers nationwide for years to come.
Our company is seeking inspiring and enticing professional quality photos of Modello Designs Decorative Masking Patterns® that have been used on walls, floors, ceilings, furniture and more.
Three outstanding decorative artisans will be chosen to be Featured Artists in the book. Each selected artist will receive a separate chapter devoted to their artwork and a $1,000 credit towards future Modello Decorative Masking Patterns. Featured Artists will be selected based on the quality and volume of their work as well as the quality of photography submitted.
Additionally, decorative artists who submit professional quality photographs that end up being printed at full-page in the book will receive a $100 credit towards future Modello Decorative Masking Patterns for each full-page image chosen.
All artists whose images are selected for the book will receive a free copy of the book upon publication.
